I’m sure you noticed an issue of Chill Vibes didn’t drop last week. I hope you aren’t too disappointed. I lost control of the week!
Starting this week, Chill Vibes is going to be biweekly, which will allow me to pack it full of ~more content~ for you to browse, bookmark, and enjoy. Now that I’ve done this newsletter for a month, I find I often have to leave things out or miss adding something awesome at the last minute, so I am going to punch it up for ya going forward. Publishing this lil’ guy biweekly will allow me to do just that. Go big or go home, as they say. In the end, I just want to give you a bigger bang for your buck. More links! More memes! More recommendations! More, more, more!
Let’s see, what else? OH! Tomorrow is Record Store Day! 🎉🎧😎
I’m trying to land a copy of Taylor Swift’s RSD exclusive, the Long Pond Sessions of folklore, which is hands down my fave TS album. If you’re a fan, you probably remember when she released that on Disney+. Highly recommend if you haven’t watched it yet, if you are a music fan but aren’t a die hard fan. Anyway, looking to land some others, like Stevie Nicks’ Bella Donna Live 1981, Soul Asylum’s MTV Unplugged from 1993, and Our Lady Peace’s Collected (but they only released like 2500 copies of this, so wish me luck). I usually cruise the list before I go and check out artists I haven’t heard of so I can try something new too. I hope you head to your local record store to pick up some good tunes and enjoy the party they are throwing in honor of this special day!
Remember, these exclusive vibes are for my paid subscribers — this is how I can continue offering my other writing for free to the masses. I appreciate you reading my work, regardless!
Alright. Happy Friday, my Vibers. Did you see something amazing online? Share in the comments or send it my way for the next round. Now… let’s get into it! 👏🏻
